Meet Billie The Cat. She is a black and white tuxedo cat who lives in Beaverton, OR. Billie spends most of her day sitting by our picture window looking out at the world (contemplating things). This helped earn her her nick name - Zen Cat .

We first adopted Billie when we lived in Burbank, CA. A frightened a cute little cat:

When she was really young, she would run and hide under our living room couch. Now at 14 pounds, she doesn't really run, and can't really hide under things.

Over the years, Billie has picked up a number of nicknames the most popular of which has just been "B".

One of the things we just love about our Billie cat is the fact that she is such a part of our family. When we get busy she picks up a big fluffly ball in her mouth and drops it right in front of us, gives us a meow, and then waits.

Billie loves to be there at night to say goodnight, and is always the first to wake us up in the morning, and let us know it is time for her food (even at 4:00 in the morning).

Billie hates to be left alone, and loves to be hugged.
