***If you like the Kleinman Report...***
If you enjoy The Kleinman Report every month, then be sure to sign up for the Intel Owner's Club, a free club with a monthly newsletter and accompanying website. Yours truly has been given the task of leading the club as well as authoring the newsletter. Never fear, as always I'll still put out The Kleinman Report, which I've been doing (almost without a break) since late 1995!Intel Owner's Club: http://www.intel.com/home/club/index.htm
***A Perfect Evening***
It is very rare that I bookmark a site within minutes of first visiting it, but after visiting Dinner and A Movie, not only had I bookmarked it, I shot an e-mail off to a number of friends telling them to check the site out. Dinner and A Movie excels in its simplicity: enter your zip code and get a listing of the movies playing near you, with the restaurants that are right nearby. It might sound like a "no-brainer", but this site is the perfect tool for making a plan for a perfect evening.Dinner and A Movie: http://www.dinnerandamovie.com
***Re-reviewed***
While we are still on the subject of movies, I thought this would be a great opportunity to mention one of the movie sites I reviewed in January 97 called Cinemachine. This is a site worth mentioning again and is a wonderful resource (especially if you don't care for the opinion of your local newspaper movie reviewer). Type the name of a movie into Cinemachine and you'll get a list of several reviews of the movie from movie sites and publications across the Net. It's a great tool to help you make your movie going decisions.Cinemachine: http://www.cinemachine.com
***iDrink therefore I am***
The other night I was at a cocktail party, and someone walked by me with a rosy red drink in a martini glass. When I asked what the drink was and what was in it, the person replied: "it's called a cosmopolitan, and I have no idea what's in it, but it's really good!" Determined to find out what's in a "Cosmo", I took to the web and found iDrink. Enter the name of a drink into iDrink and find out what's in it and how to make it, or just enter what you've got on hand and iDrink will tell you what you can make. One great feature of iDrink is that it has an Alcohol option, so if you don't drink alcohol or you are underage, you still can use this fine resource.iDrink: http://www.idrink.com
***Tips by E-mail***
I get many e-mails asking me to recommend other publications that offer tips and other useful information via e-mail. One such repository of e-mail tips is Tip World. With a large collection of tip publications, you can get great pointers on everything from Web Design Tips to Windows 95 and Game tips. With Tip World you can indicate which e-mail client you are using (and if you're using an HTML capable client like Eudora Pro or Hotmail, you'll get your tips in HTML).TipWorld: http://www.tipworld.com
***Play Yahoo!***
Yahoo! never stops growing! Almost every time I look, Yahoo! has a new section, service or feature. One such new section (an easily overlooked one) is called Yahoo Classic Games. Log in and play games online with other people over the Internet, like classic board games like backgammon, checkers and chess, or card games like bridge, cribbage and gin all online.Play Yahoo!: http://play.yahoo.com/
***Back Issues***
This weekend I finally cleaned up the back issues page of The Kleinman Report. I tried to make it a lot easier to find sites as well as look at the report in which the site was mentioned. Let me know what you think.Back Issues: http://www.kleinman.com/kreport/back.html
